Please note: You can work completely remotely in Belgium or use our office near Brussels. The working hours can be chosen between 80% and 100%.

As part of our Customer Success Team you will be responsible for a portfolio of customers (mostly non-profit organisations), maintain a good relationship and make sure they are achieving their highest fundraising potential.

In addition, you will play an important role in scaling Koalect’s approach to Account Management to support our growth ambitions to become Europe’s number one fundraising technology provider and have a huge impact on European changemakers.


Your future at Koalect by RaiseNow

We live and work in exciting times! Koalect has recently joined RaiseNow, a Swiss fundraising technology provider, to take fundraising technology to the next level! 

In the course of this, we want to combine our customer success and account management efforts and unite the best of both worlds. Therefore, in this position you will get to know our Koalect Account Management as well as RaiseNow’s Customer Success initiatives. You will play a key role in combining both perspectives in the future. 


Your mission:

As our new Dutch speaking Strategic Account Manager (f/m/d) you…

  • Are eager to bridge the gap: You will get to know both worlds, RaiseNow’s Customer Success approach and Koalect’s Account Management approach, and find ways in which both teams can grow together in the future, knowledge transfer is ensured and processes become scalable
  • Like to help our customers: Your in depth understanding of our fundraising tools and strategies enables you to onboard our customers and support them in building and managing their online fundraising environment
  • Like to share your knowledge: You facilitate strategic workshops with non-profit organisation to develop their fundraising strategy together with other Koalect team members. At the same time, you look for possibilities to transform these workshops to make them more scalable
  • Are a proactive communicator: You get in touch with potential organisations to introduce Koalect and create new collaboration opportunities, of course with the help from the senior sales colleagues
  • Enjoy working data-driven: With the help of extensive data dashboards you monitor the success of each organisation. This will help analyse their evolution and enable you to proactively offer valuable guidance to them
  • Help our product become better: You share your insights from customers with our product team to contribute to product innovations and our product roadmap


Your profile:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communication, marketing, economics or other human sciences
  • You have already gained at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • You are experienced in (digital) fundraising and SaaS and working for non-profit organisations, ngo’s, foundations or public organisations
  • You work highly organised, are able to prioritise tasks and plan effectively
  • You are tech-savy, a team player and have excellent communication skills
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English – written and spoken (at least C1)

Nice to have: 

  • Good communication skills in French
  • Experience in facilitating strategic sessions, B2B relationship management
