Collaboration with Payconiq?

Koalect and Payconiq have had a partnership since 2016 in which Koalect integrates Payconiq technology into its product. Today we take that partnership a bit further by helping Scan & Donate customers to expand the features they currently have by using Koalect SCAN with your existing Payconiq payment contract.

What is Koalect SCAN?

Koalect SCAN is a next-generation payment QR code solution designed specifically for non-profits. It offers:

• QR code compatibility with any bank or payment app.
• Customizable payment forms to capture donor-specific data (including national ID numbers).
• Capture the Belgian National ID number as required (mandatory or optional).
• Email communication management for donor confirmations.

Handling the National ID number

As of 2024, collecting the Belgian National ID number from donors is mandatory. With Koalect SCAN, you can meet this requirement seamlessly while maintaining a smooth donor experience.

CRM connexions

Koalect is extremely experienced in connexions with CRM systems with direct connexions for more than 70 organisations in Belgium. We have established connexions with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Civi CRM, Eudonet, Efficy, Procurios and iRaiser CRM. We also have a direct connexion with the CRM of the King Baudouin Foundation for organisations that work with the KBF.

Possibilities?

• Use our API Documentation and build you own connexion (cost: 600€ per 2.500 transactions)
• We push the data to your CRM (using Rest API’s, flat files or other protocols) (cost: to determine after analysis).
• We provide a connexion with the CRM of the King Baudouin Foundation for Free.

• Koalect Give – online donation forms
  Our donation solution allows you to build an unlimited number of Forms and configure them yourself. No need for technical knowledge, the tool is extremely flexible and easy to use. You can build forms to collect donations (one-shot or recurring), manual collection of SEPA mandates but also to sell products, tickets (free or paying), recruit volunteers, etc.
• Koalect Do – community fundraising
  We’re convinced we propose Europe’s best community or peer-to-peer fundraising platform.
